Evil Minnie & Pushing Past Fear....

For some reason the lovely Ms. Lilliana was afraid of Minnie Mouse. Maybe it was the bright color. Maybe it was her pose, arms raised with strange gloved hands. Or most probably the way her skirt would spin and light up when the button on her little mouse leg was pressed. Whatever the reason Ms. Lilliana was not having anything to do with 'Evil Minnie'.
Hours went by with no change in her opinion. Then a strange thing happened. Ms. Lilliana's curiosity got the better of her. She looked at the costumed mouse from a different perspective and suddenly 'Evil Minnie' became just plain Minnie. A little while later Ms. Lilliana began to have fun with Minnie! Imagine that!

Strawberry Peach Sorbet

What to eat on a cold, cold day?

Strawberry Peach Sorbet!

Frozen Peaches
Frozen Strawberries
Hand full or two of cashews
1/2 cap full of Vanilla
Agave Nectar to taste
1 cup or so of water as needed

Blend in Vita Mix using the tamper. Add just enough water to get it to mix. Serve immediately and enjoy. Brrrrrr!!! Yummmmm!!!
